During the sessions of unlimited High Intensity Interval Training boot camp, charges can challenge themselves with eight types of classes offered six days a week, including group endurance or strength classes. Classes use intense interval training in combination with kettlebells, sandbags, and tires for intense, engaging workouts. Workouts combine athletic movements with strength and dynamic exercises. Powerhouse Gym's roster of certified personal trainers and seasoned group-fitness instructors guide exercisers to physical peaks, building strong muscles and healthy lifestyles.
