Instructors guide students through 10 types of classes, including all-levels yoga, beginner yoga tone, and kundalini, which involves paying particular attention to your hands, breath, sounds, and posture. Aerial yoga is also available, which includes using an aerial hammock and the ability to reach deeper stretches in a supportive way.

Sangha Studios

Sangha Studios is anchored to the community by its welcoming yoga instructors. The yoga studio itself has an inviting quality as well, with wooden floors, blue and green walls hung with ornamental mirrors, and foliage and strands of aerial silk hanging from the ceiling. Here, groups convene for yoga classes such as Sangha Flow, which concentrates on fluid movements and breathing exercises, and Cycling Yoga, which is preceded by a 30-minute stationary bike ride.
