For years, European merchants searched for a direct route to Asia, eventually burrowing through the earth and accidentally rediscovering Luxembourg. Quell your own inner rumblings with this Groupon.
$15 for $30 Worth of Asian Fusion Cuisine
The menu features Asian-inspired tapas and main plates such as sugar-cane pork in ginger-lemongrass panko ($7); crispy fish salad with green papaya, mint, and spicy nuoc cham ($11); or family-style dinners of seven-spiced chicken, flash-fried with fresh wasabi ($13).
Named for a subtle, yet intoxicating Japanese liquor, Sochu House puts guests under the spell of pan-Asian fusion fare served in a stylish atmosphere. Guests share small plates of tofu and gyoza tapas and sip potent martinis as DJs lay down a catchy soundtrack amid soft electric blue light, Buddha statues, and bone-white walls. Like a broken compass, main courses confidently combine east and west, with exotically spiced creations such as steamed edamame in truffle butter, charcoal-grilled chicken in basil sauce, or rice noodle stir fries with Napa mushrooms and garlic.
Everything was on point and delivered to perfection. The bacon wrapped lychee was the surprise hit for me.Brian T., Yelp, 7/19/12

Tips from Groupon Customers
“Great food! Just keep in mind that they have a dj in there playing music on the weekends so unless you like louder music at dinner, don't go too late. :)”

“Love, Love, Love Sochu House! Wide array of Tapas that are great for a light dinner...my husband and I are literally making our way through the Tapas menu! If your in the mood for larger portions, they also have a great selection of dinners. And they have a huge selection of martinis, which go great with everything. The décor & artwork in the restaurant are very unique as well. Note: keep in mind that they keep the lighting very low, which is great for a quiet, romantic dinner - and one of the many things I love...but my husband has to use the flashlight app on his phone to read the menu (I think that's just old age catching up with him though)..lol! Will be back many more times!”
