Fitness Classes in and near Carrboro, NC

I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years

Awesome place to train. Super clean, lots of coaches to work with who all know their stuff. The community here is kind and respectful also. You will learn a lot here and have a good time doing so.
