Tampa CrossBoot

Tampa CrossBoot's trainers invite students of all body types, skill levels, and ages to take control of their health through positive, team-centric outdoor workout camps. During classes, pupils employ a mix of cross-training and boot-camp techniques to boost speed, balance, functional strength, and agility, all the skills needed to become the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Workouts take place in nearby parks and green spaces so exercisers can breathe in fresh air as they burn off excess calories. Regimens allow participants to train at their own paces, scaling upward in difficulty as they introduce their muscles and cardiovascular systems to new, healthy challenges.
