Students can choose from any of the studio's diverse array of yoga classes, which run the gamut from beginners' sessions to more intensive vinyasa yoga. Some classes are more unique, such as Sivananda and Kripalu Yoga. Classes change monthly as instructors come and go. The studio is stocked with yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets, along with a filtered water cooler so students can fill up their water bottles to stay hydrated. Most classes are capped at eight students to ensure individualized attention.

The Breathing Room

Every inch of The Breathing Room is designed to nurture holistic wellness, from the textured carpeting, to the yoga blocks and mats on hand for student use. The studio and its classes are designed to nurture positive energy. Their massage treatments include Reiki therapies and thai yoga bodywork, both of which help to foster the free flow of energy. In addition to basic yoga and Pilates classes, instructors lead chakra toning and divine sleep meditation sessions.
