The hyper-hard-body trainers at Ultimate Body Boot Camp will push you beyond your limits and back in time to the Old West when every man, woman, and child engaged in a varied, intense workout, or what they referred to as "life." Each day, instructors will throw down a fresh ambush of challenges for muscles and brain, fueling constant gains and keeping participants engaged. Over the course of the one-hour session, eager exercisers run, jump, lift weights, slam out pushups and chin-ups, punch slabs of beef, and end with a live crocodile wrestle. Camps take place three days a week in the morning or evening, with exact days and times dependent on the location.

During stand-up paddleboarding lessons, marine adventurers will learn to navigate the waters of Saguaro Lake, Canyon Lake, Bartlett Lake, or Lake Pleasant while standing upright on a floating craft. Students will take in the basics of the sport alongside up to nine other humans and one knowledgeable instructorbot. Then, following the one-hour class, they'll get 30 minutes of board-and-paddle rental to get acquainted with their paddling skills and discard outdated rock-tossing skills.

Ultimate Body Boot Camp

The trainers at Ultimate Body Boot Camp forage through the workout wilderness to curate a fitness omnibus. They pull from multiple exercise styles—including Pilates, plyometrics, kickboxing, yoga, and core work—to build workouts that combine the benefits of cardio and resistance training. This earned the program a top spot on Arizona Foothills magazine's Best of Our Valley list for 2012.

To keep clients' muscles from hitting the wall, getting bored, or taking off in the dead of night to pursue a career as an anatomy textbook model, coaches change the routine each class and give campers personalized tips to fuel individual journeys. Body-composition tests and nutritional plans augment the sessions, inspiring long-lasting habits for healthy physiques.
