Boot-camp classes meet at the Shine Dance & Performing Arts Academy, 8 p.m.–9 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday until April, when these will start meeting at Trail Canyon Park, and at Trail Canyon Park, 8 a.m.–9 a.m. on Saturday. During class, a co-ed group of up to 20 participants cycles through intervals of upper- and lower-body resistance training, supplemented by core-strengthening drills and cardio workouts.
