My stay on was amazing. I’ll come back. We stayed on New Year’s Eve. We had a wonderful experience, Myron was very helpful, nice, he answered all our questions. He gave us very nice room. It was beautiful, super clean, the view was great. He also brought us extra pillows, towels, and shampoo. The breakfast was amazing too.

Hotels okay This is a full service hotel, meaning they have a restaurant on site, which means no free breakfast. They do have coffee in the lobby. My room didn't have a shower curtain. Ask the front desk and she said she'd past it on. Day 2 without a curtain, I wasted my time talking to the front desk. What a joke.

Unexpected Pleasure I chose this hotel because of the price and location and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the comfort of the room. Although there was no fridge, the full service breakfast the next morning made up for that. No skimping, a really good full breakfast. Also, no one knocking on my door at the moment checkout begins. All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful.

Beautiful Suite! We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 double bed suite. The room was nicely decorated, very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were helpful - shout out to Sunny on morning front desk duty - he greeted us each morning with a big smile and has great customer service skills.

I would rather sleep in the truck next time the front desk girl was just plain rude. We were not allowed to reserve a jacuzzi room over the phone. We had to go out of our way to stop and make the reservation in person. Even then my girlfriend was not allowed to make it, I had to go in and we were not even paying for it then. The airfilters in the room were so clogged with grim the air system barely worked. Went to fill up the tub and no water pressure, the drain plug wasn't working, but they fix it right away. Room came with 2 towels a wash cloth and 1 bath mat. Requested more towels and the request fell on deaf ears. No breakfast that I could find. I've stayed in fleabag hotels that I would prefer over this one. I will give management credit for learning how to cut corners, overrated the hotel, and make sure they are happier than the guest. Holiday inn needs to rethink thier franchising policys.
