Yoga in Coatesville

Aerial silks give students at Transcend Wellness and Yoga a tool for overcoming their fear of a certain yoga pose. The dangling fabrics aren't the only thing supporting students at this studio, though; certified instructors guide them through mat-based routines in classes such as power yoga and Vinyasa flow. The studio's schedule also includes classes for kids and families, as well as yoga-teacher training.
