The food at Captain James truly was above average. Had the Branzino and the Crab Cake entrees.
Octopus and Calamari appetizers also exceptional.

We have been coming here for years, often with the Groupon that helps reign in some of the cost. Outside dining is wonderful and indoor, esp near the fireplace, is desirable as well. The service staff is attentive and responsive - never had an issue. The food quality is excellent (reader alert: I love their salmon and scallops) and varied. We love the ambiance, both indoor and outdoor, and plan to continue patronizing this teriffic restaurant.
