Regional options include specialty eats such as the Chicago combo with Italian beef and giardiniera, and the Philly sub with roast beef and peppers. A '50s-style theme sends visitors back in time, with vintage record sleeves and magazines covering the walls, and a soundtrack of early rock 'n' roll, doo-wop, and civil defense sirens piped over the speakers.
