Making a reservation had an issue. The first day I called in the morning and afternoon and left a message. Noone called back. I called the next day, 15 min after opening and someone did answer. They were pleasant and we quickly made a reservation. On the day of the reservation, I had to fill out a few forms on a tablet. Some for the boes had prefilled information that you had to clear before typing but the process as easy to follow. There was no wait before I was taken in for my mens facial. The hour facial was nice and she explained each step with what it was and why she was doing it. She offered other procedures that could help with my skin but did not pressure getting them.
