Came to redeem at the Rancho Cucamonga location, was helped by Andrew, Katy, Amanda, Jason, & Justin. They were all so helpful & so nice. Great tour, even though it was foggy and we didn’t see much sea life. Toilets and snacks/drink on board, with plenty of seats and viewing areas all around the boat. Got a coupon to return to try again.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We had some issues on our lane a couple of times but they were quick to get it fixed.
The place was very clean and had a great time.
