Honing masterful buttercream- and fondant-molding skills over the course of her more than 12-year career, cake artist Kelly Barr fashions custom cakes, wedding cakes, and cheesecakes into colorful and stylish centerpieces. With 11 cake flavors such as red velvet, chocolate espresso, and pink champagne, the confections don a choice of six icings and fruity or decadent fillings, transforming into custom cakes that layer sweet flavors like a pileup on a gingerbread village’s iced roads. The shop also showcases 16 varieties of cheesecake, which take on an ultracreamy texture during their eight-hour stints in the oven. Kelly can also equip patrons with the skills to build their own vibrant sweets with in-home cake-decorating parties, in which up to 10 guests outfit their own 6-inch cakes in buttercream or fondant to create frosting flowers, miniature animals, and edible Do Not Eat signs.

Our most popular items are cakes, cookies, and cupcakes made with all-natural, whole ingredients.
For bakers Nancy and Carisa Newsom, no cake is too difficult to master. They specialize in both decorative cakes that are sculpted into three-dimensional pieces of art, as well as allergen-free cakes that can be made without gluten, sugar, or dairy products. No matter what goes into their cakes, they take great pride in creating their own signature flavors, such as pink champagne cake with mimosa filling. For special occasions, they can customize their creations both inside and out, adding a splash of liquor to the cake or piping polka dots or bows on the icing. The two also whip up cupcakes, cookies, and cake balls if you prefer desserts that fit in the palm of your hand or the tailpipe of your neighbor's car.
