Breast cancer: that's the diagnosis that would change Jane Tetuan's life in more ways than one. Instead of taking the traditional route of healing—medications, chemotherapy—Jane sought out a natural path that included diet and nutritional changes. Healthy six years later, she and her husband founded The Juice Garden & Nutrition Center, where she shares her knowledge with clients who suffer from a spectrum of health issues; she also teaches prevention through healthy lifestyles rather than ducking for cover any time someone coughs in your presence. She and her staff whip up nutritional smoothies from all-natural or organic produce, mixing in nutritional supplements such as hemp seed and flax. They also lead seminars and classes that help participants learn healthy eating and lifestyles or guide them as they become health coaches themselves.

Cage Gymnastics loosens limbs, strengthens sinews, and reduces wind resistance with gymnastics, dance, cheer, and tumbling classes. Gymnastics classes promote motor skills, coordination, and self-confidence while thoroughly confusing inner ears. Kids progress through basic gymnastic positions in classes targeted at various skill and age levels. For beginners and young children, choose from four classes that emphasize basic positions and movements: Mighty Munchkins (age 3; child must be potty-trained), 4-year-old gymnastics, 5-year-old gymnastics, and 4- and 5-year-old gymnastics. Older children can spring into three classes where they tackle the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, rainbow diving, and floor exercise: level-one gymnastics (ages 6–8 or 8–11), advanced level-one gymnastics (ages 6–8 or 8–11; child must be able do a cartwheel and handstand), and boys-only gymnastics (ages 5–8 or 8 and up).
