I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years

Quick response time and somewhat easy setup as long as you are sure to follow the directions they send (they have to help with the registration process and send you a confirmation ID to enter AFTER you enter your product key - so pay attention to the directions) All in all - great deal and quick responses in setting up.
