Chastain Wellness is a hidden gem. The ambiance is nice and Crystal was superb! I was scheduled for my first microdermabrasion. I went there based on a recommendation and a Groupon, but will be making Crystal my aesthetician.

I had difficulty finding the Studio and called 5 minutes before my appointment time. I actually was one building over when I called. I asked the receptionist "are you inside the perimeter (285) or outside"? She told me outside so I drove outside the perimeter. I called again after not finding it and this time I asked the same question. The receptionist then handed me over to another person & I was told the correct directions. Of course I arrived 15 mins late. I was told my lateness would be deducted from my 50 min massage. At no time did I receive an apology from the receptionist or compensated in any way for my 25 minute massage that resulted from an incompetent receptionist.
