Ignite Yoga has a class for every type of person—from beginner to expert—and offers more than 50 weekly yoga classes at three different locations. Whether a student is seeking a class that will help him or her lose weight, recover from an injury, or take their practice to the next level, there's one bound to be a fit. Adult classes range from fast-paced heated Vinyasa to Slow Flow and Restorative classes. Other disciplines, such as traditional ashtanga, integrates primary series and standing and finishing postures while moderately paced and musically orientated flow classes focus on long holds, alignment, and deep stretching. Classes cater to all skill levels, regardless of flexibility or fitness level.

Children 11 years old and up are welcome when accompanied by a parent.

This is a warm and friendly place. Besides yoga there are other offerings periodically that enhance the sense of spiritual balance and well-being. In the true sense of what yoga is actually about they even offer public yoga on certain days of the week so that all community members may partake and not just those who can afford studio "memberships". The general atmosphere is one of pleasantry and lightheartedness. There are several male instructors and men who come in for practice. There are classes for those brand new to yoga as well as advanced students. They also offer meditation and there is a message therapist present. Instructors and patient and there is never any pressure spoken or otherwise to push beyond your limits. Restorative yoga is designed for those who need more gentle stretching. I highly recommend Ignite Yoga.
