Ignite Yoga has a class for every type of person—from beginner to expert—and offers more than 50 weekly yoga classes at three different locations. Whether a student is seeking a class that will help him or her lose weight, recover from an injury, or take their practice to the next level, there's one bound to be a fit. Adult classes range from fast-paced heated Vinyasa to Slow Flow and Restorative classes. Other disciplines, such as traditional ashtanga, integrates primary series and standing and finishing postures while moderately paced and musically orientated flow classes focus on long holds, alignment, and deep stretching. Classes cater to all skill levels, regardless of flexibility or fitness level.
Children 11 years old and up are welcome when accompanied by a parent.
