When I first went there they didn't want to honor the Groupon deal.... months after, I went to change the oil to a different place and they found out that the Texas Auto Lube didn't change the oil filter.... so I will never come back to this place..

They were rude and looked down on me as a woman and refused to do the type of oil change I purchased and made me pay 35 dollars more after saying it would only be an extra $18

I am not sure how much of the full service package I got that was paid for, but I know that my front was not vacuumed which leads me to believe they didn't do much else since I was in and out in like 15 min. I think all that I got was the oil change and that was it no checking and toping off fluids.
