Shelby was amazing! This was the first time I tried someone other than the stylist I have seen for years so I was a little nervous, but she nailed my highlights exactly the way I have always gotten them. She was very friendly too and quick which I appreciate immensely.
The spa was very clean, very calm, no strong fragrances. I had a warm welcome, clear instructions, and was made to feel comfortable. The float was my first experience and it was very relaxing and I felt a sense of calm and well being for days following.

She wasn’t pushy or demanding. She wasn’t constantly trying to upsell me on services or products. She explained every step of the process and made it a very enjoyable experience.
