Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that offers participants a unique cultural experience will improving their health and wellness. Capoeira will help improve not only your cardio fitness but also coordination, balance, flexibility, Brazilian Portuguese, musicality, and more.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Shoes are optional.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Capoeira creates opportunities to meet new people and to travel to new places. I have had the opportunity to experience seeing new places and meeting new people through this wonder art from.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the connections that capoeira creates and seeing people push themselves to new limits.

The class is a great mix of fun and hard work. Mestre Zumbi is helpful and encouraging throughout class. I just had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back!
