Went to use my Groupon and even though I scheduled it days in advance, when I arrived she was not present at the salon and I had to wait twenty minutes outside for her to arrive. Then she had me mark the Groupon as redeemed prior to the waxing, and when I went into the waxing room (which didn’t feel hygienic) and proceeded to tell me I didn’t have long enough hair so she would not do the waxing.

This place is a scam! I had an appointment and told the person I had a Groupon. When the service was over, they the owner tried to charge me $110.. She stated that I didn't tell her I was paying with Groupon. I told her yo call the police because this is my form of payment. I ended up paying half in money and using the Groupon coupon. Beware of this scam.

Would not go again

Great waxing experience, she was able to see me on short notice although I didn't have an appointment. Fast and friendly. I also bought a package for more waxes for a great price!
