What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only CrossFit gym in the area that offers personalized workout programs and personal training. It is this attention to detail that will help you achieve your fitness goals!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
My clients stay motivated for two reasons. 1- I keep a pretty friendly and fun vibe during all me sessions. Working out is hard, I get it, I am here to help, not belittle. 2- My clients and I understand the purpose behind the workouts, and when we are in the gym, we are striving toward that goal.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
While in the military I learned I was pretty good at teaching physical things and I loved working out so I figured this would be a natural transition for me. Since then I have gone from a volunteer instructor at a non profit gym all the way to owning my own studio and training other trainers.

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is watching m clients succeed. The look of satisfaction on their faces when they achieve what they thought was impossible is why I do this job.
