Brewery, Winery & Distillery
The tour part of the Brewdog Groupon offer was fine. Our guide, Chelsea, was very pleasant and very excited about the brewery. What disappointed us with the tour was the fact there wasn't a glass of beer offered at the end of the tour which is usually an absolute given at any other brewery. There were four of us in my group and at the end of the tour at 8:30 pm we were eager for a beer (especially since we didn't receive one on the tour) and dinner and we were informed there was over an hour wait to be seated. We inquired with the hostess why they didn't let us know before the tour so we could reserve a table then and the response was it had to be made 24 hours in advance. We left thirsty for a beer and hungry, annoyed at the lack of customer service after their tour and headed to O'Charley's who were happy to serve us. Don't know if the treatment was due to getting a price break with Groupon but we left feeling we wouldn't bother going back to the brewery for a long time. We could only take the tour on a Friday night (that was changed from the original offer I purchased from Groupon) and it was extremely busy. I love Brewdog's beer and was very disappointed with this experience.
The tour and people were great! Elaine

Great tour, fun and great food
Tour was very interesting, although the facility is noisy and it was sometimes hard to hear the guide. We ate dinner before the tour and food and service was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.
The facility is loud, otherwise the tour was informative and enjoyable. This place is on the rise!
Beer school was interesting, informative and lots of fun! Thanks to Amy for such a great experience. The amazing facility and the story behind it is worth the time and $. Glad we stayed for dinner as well - the food was terrific!
Tour was really interesting, super clean and fun to learn about the company! Our guide was fun too and make sure to wear closed toed shoes or you’ll get to enjoy their complimentary rubber boots - HA! We had dinner afterwards. Service was good, beer sampler was great and our party really enjoyed the BBQ burger!
Our tour guide was very informative. He did a really good job. It was a fun time.
From Our Editors
BrewDog started in 2007 with just two dudes and one dog. They hand-bottled every beer back then. Though production, and the size of the team, has increased a bit, just as much care is put into each of BrewDog's signature pours.
- Punk IPA: The brewery's flagship beer packs a full-throated tropical punch, with intense grapefruit, pineapple, and lychee flavors finished with classic IPA bitterness. (5.6% ABV)
- Jet Black Heart: Smooth drinking and impenetrably dark, this malty oatmeal milk stout promises coffee and chocolate notes with a bit of berry and citrus. (4.7% ABV)
- Elvis Juice: This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense us aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange, and grapefruit round out this citrus-infused IPA. (IPA 6.5%)
