They were horrible horrible horrible, I will never go back there. It cost $55 for a car wash and when I asked if they understood why I was upset the reply was "No" they clearly didn't care.

I took everything out of the back of the car except for a dog bed, which they said was ok to leave there. When the car was finished I noticed that the dog bed was not moved and they did not vacuum under it. There was noticeable dog hair, so I had to ask for additional cleanup. also, the dash was still pretty dusty and didn't seem to have had a thorough wipe down. Management had a pretty cavalier attitude, as the manager spent the whole time I was waiting by killing flies with a bug zapper. It was definitely a less than stellar job they did. Oh yes, and I waited for 45 minutes because the person who 'detailed' my car neglected to let me know he was finished. Definitely got the feeling that most of these guys were just passing time.
