Great workout, and everyone is very encouraging. They'll try to offer you their "best discount" on the first day of the Groupon but I guess that's their business model. Still really great staff and a heck of s workout.

Purchased the groupon and went to try it out. I went to the Downtown Fort Worth location. I was repeatedly asked if it was the closest location to my house, because if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to use it. Groupon only offers 3 locations why would I choose the farthest one? Front desk person seemed upset that I was able to purchase the groupon with a flash sale. According to him, it didn't seem right the amount I paid. Staff was not very friendly. The trainer was the only nice person there. I just walked in and was told that I needed to call first. The class I ended up taking only had 6 people total. Overall, customer service could use some help. If you have such a problem with Groupon deals, don't offer it.
