Nine Spices Hot Pot serves up East Asian dishes made to the customer's specifications (literally). Here, each guest does the actual "cooking" themselves. Staff members bring out spiced broths used to cook thinly sliced meats and seafood, while fresh produce sails around the room on a conveyor belt. Guests can try the "all you can eat" option, or mix and match ingredients for a dish that's all their own:

• For veg heads: Veggie lovers will find all kinds of options here, from the tofu-heavy vegetable hot pot to a build-your-own customized with veggies like spinach, turnips, bean curd and watercress
• Seafood Hot Pot: overflowing with the wonders of the seven seas, including saltwater clams, mussels, squid, crab, and fish fillets
• On the side: Icy milk teas and fresh-squeezed juices offer cool relief for spicy hot-pot goodness, with flavors like kumquat lemon and passion fruit green tea.
