Terrible quality of a leader and a person. Unable to successfully manage his cruise. Very pushy. Consistently looks to schedule things even without your approval. Demands money immediately without confirmation that the job was completed well. And when confronted about poor interpersonal communication, he responded by Lashing out. See attached.

Phil is extremely pushy. He will send people to your house after the first visit with no notification and no approval to do the work and then demand money. Quality of work varies. The last time people came. It was far better, but the previous time quality of work was subpar at best. The attached picture of our text chain shows the type of person he is.

Owner hung up in my ear because he couldn’t upswell me on getting my windows cleaned. Very unprofessional. Also left the leaves on the side of the road. They came in a trash and could have took the bags or at Least ask to put them in my trash.
