About Caffe Yoga

Though Caffe Yoga started as a daydream, it soon blossomed into the cozy, home-away-from-home it is today. Friends and family joined forces to craft the space by hand, adorning it with local art and other unique decor that give the studio its charm. Amid those peaceful vibes, Caffe Yoga’s instructors lead a variety of classes such as “Rise and Shine it’s Vinyasa Time”, Core Flow, Yin/Yang Flow, and several more. The teachers enjoy weaving yoga knowledge and principles into their classes while keeping it accessible to everyone. There is a class for all student levels, and everyone is made to feel part of the connected community as soon as they walk through the doors.

Great experience! The class was all I needed to start my weekend right. Instructor lead the class very well. I am definitely going back next week. Btw, the studio is beautiful!

In Awe after 1st class w/ Kim. Great teacher‼️ 9 am vinyasa. Amazing space. Squeaky clean with lots of props for class. Uplifting & recharged. Heading back today.
