Wasn’t a good experience, girl at the desk was terrible at customer service, when she couldn’t scan my code she didn’t even ask for help she just assumed I didn’t pay for the Groupon even after she saw my voucher barcode. I felt as if I was begging for something instead of purchasing a month’s membership.

The gym was spacious, clean and well equipped (I used the treadmills, can’t speak to other equipment). Staff was always helpful and kind. My issue is that while working out on the treadmills, there is literally not one that I can stand on where I can avoid the news channels. With the current state of affairs in the world, news stresses me out. I workout to reduce stress, I don’t need that nonsense in my face at the gym.

So far so good. Staff was very kind and informative. Very clean facility, love the hydro massage table. However, turn down the music, and turn up the air.
