Good tech. Nice lady. Not cashmere mink lashes. $18 service fee I addition to taxes and tip not mentioned at time of reservation or arrival. Was told after I had departed the building 20 minutes. And blamed for not knowing about it. Went out of my way ahead of time to go to my bank to withdraw cash for a tip since they had said that already. That tips are only in cash
No other info was provided. $18 service charge is shady, especially when the amount is not given upfront. That should just be included in the upfront cost.
