The blackheads I had weren't removed, even though, the voucher I had included extractions. Not sure if she didn't see them but they were visible to me. She did poke in other areas where there was nothing there. Sanitation is highly questionable, as I don't believe she washed her hands before touching my face. Didn't seem to know how to use the hydrafacial machine properly, the treatment wasn't consistent across my face. I had a rash a few hours after leaving the spa. The ladies working there were very nice.
