I used morning crunch about 5 yrs ago and loved them. The coach (Sean) didn't even show up to my site and I received no further calls from Dulce after she said she would look into the matter. I waited for about 45 min at the park and then left. Not sure what happened, but I'm requesting a refund and re-joining the YMCA. What a waste of time.

Ricardo gives me good training advice, motivates me and makes me laugh! It's a like-hate relationship. I hate working so hard but like how it feels after. And I trust Ricardo. This is my 3rd session and I plan to come for a long time.
