Spa Day Organic, Los Angeles

Made an appointment a week in advance and when we got there the owner redeemed my voucher and took us to our room and didn't say anything. 10 minutes later he came back and told us he mixed us up with another couple and we need to come back in an hour. Our appointment had been disregarded and we asked for a refund but he had already swiped reddemed on my voucher WITHOUT giving us our massage.

I made my appointment for 12 Noon, and they made me wait for 35 minutes in the lobby. I was annoyed but the massage was good.

Service was ok. Unfortunately there was a female employee who was extremely loud and it wasn’t as relaxing as I’d hoped it would be.

Therapist was fine but rest wasn’t. I parked but theres prkg on both sides of spa &door was locked on side I was on. No sign on door saying to go to other side. Called & man rudely told me of other entrance. I then had to fill out paperwork before treatment. Got a 41 minute massage instead of 1hour. When I questioned it, man insisted I got 1hour. No change for a $20 but they had ATM with $2.75 fee
