To pay more attention to the beginners who purchased the Groupon and show them the same attentiveness that the regulars get. This would actually encourage more people to purchase the "regular plan" not just the 4 classes. Also, the boxing gloves were pretty sad, cheap and not worth the fabric they're made of.

I appreciate that they provided a separate coach to guide beginners through the multi-level classes.

Staff was really nice.
