WARNING!!! Not for athletes or people who have lifted before. Good class for someone just looking to get into shape. However, not challenging or difficult for those who are already in shape and looking for a little something different.

Bring plenty of water and enjoy! The trainers keep an eye on everyone and are quick to help if you haven't done a given workout, before, or to correct your form if you're not getting the most out of your workout. Pleasant, friendly, and encouraging, they won't let you quit in the nicest way.
