I had the brow shaping with tint. Liliana was very thorough with getting as much information from me as needed to ensure that there were no issues with the process, true professional. I love the end result and highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, upon arriving I realized that another business had rented the place. They informed me that the lady I was asking for was no longer there. I called the number provided in the add, she informed me that she had moved to another location. I drove 11 miles, she was waiting at the door. I paid for tint/shaping eyebrows. Not impressed! She didn’t tint my eyebrows, yet she redeemed it use.

hi Rebecca, I apologize for the address confusion but in regards to the service that you paid for and what you were offered I am concerned because you are explaining that you didn’t received the full service? please call us and explain what happened. I see that you took the time to give us a bad rating but not to explain to us or even let us rectify the concern.
