CitySightSeeing Miami, Miami Beach

Servicio totalmente inaceptable, tras mas de 2 horas esperando en 2 paradas diferentes (1 hora en cada parada)tuvimos que ir hasta la estación central para reclamar. Ademas las paradas no están señalizadas al menos en Miami beach. No usamos el servicio y reclamamos la devolución del dinero y aunque al principio dijeron que sin problema, lo cierto es que llevo 7 meses esperando y ya ni contestan a los 4 correos. Primero ponían excusas como el huracán, que no les constaba el pago, que le diera los datos bancarios, que ya estaba aprobada la devolución, etc.... y desde hace 3 meses no contestan a ningún correo. No es nada recomendable usarlo en verano porque NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO y el piso superior NO HAY SOMBRA. Ademas Miami beach la recorren continuamente unos preciosos tranvías de aspecto vintage pero modernos y GRATUITOS Y CON AIRE ACONDICIONADO.

Horrible! No guide talking about the town, on the first one, than the second one had the microphone not working properly. On the lower level the windows were covered so we weren't even able to look outside on the windows. Time and money wasted!

We had an awesome time. I have done same tour with this company in many countries. Worth it!! Must Buy!

Was robbed in the bathroom and there is no pirate tour every bus driver wanted a tip which is unheard of where I am from California we don't tip our bus drivers and they were very pushy about it telling everyone before they got off at their stop. It was tip time
