Their delivery service is the best in Charleston!!

I took in a new jacket and they honored the purchase value, but the presser did not do a good job. They sent it through a second time and it came back with creases pressed into it. The staff did not seem to care. I asked for a refund. The man said I had to talk to the manager and I asked that she call me. She did not. I do not wish to continue to do business with a company that cannot do a good job and does not care.

Expensive, not very friendly and did not want to let me use the paid value of my Groupon after the promotional value had expired

Both times I've tried Lyerly's (both in Mt. P and on Hwy 17 West Ashley) I had to have my clothing redone because dog hair wasn't properly removed in cleaning.
