I enjoyed the yoga class quite a bit. It is a different approach in yoga, Dahn. It is quite enjoyable. The instructor is very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Give it a try!

It is a tremendous aerobic, a cross between an exercise class and a yoga class and it made a real difference in my energy and my waist size!
