Excellent instructors. Calm, somewhat strenuous workout. If you have never tried YOGA and are interested in learning what it is about I strongly recommend Yoga Flow.

I absolutely loved my 6 am class, I hadn't done yoga in years the space was clean, inviting and warm. The instructor gently corrected my posture and was super friendly. In terms of location you might miss it as the address is tucked on the side of a building upper level which is technically not Walnut street.
