Where do i start ? I got there and received inquisitive looks like they aren't running a business but alas based on what i experienced maybe they aren't. As i am filling out the paperwork i come across apparently a mandatory membership which I was confused about and even ask the receptionist/ sales woman which she responded "yes welcome! " with a smile like it was perfectly normal to be on subscription with a dentist I should've left then but i came kind of far and i wanted the Invisalign wrong road. I get to the back and the whole dental space seems a bit janky they don't even have x ray glasses they gave me a pair of plain sunglasses. When the first of many people came in and started working in my mouth i didn't see or hear any packaging being opened or taken out an autoclave to which I asked is this stuff sterile and he reluctantly said yes. Which i don't buy but THIS IS WHEN THINGS START GETTING WEIRD i was told that i would need additional work by another person who didn't even do my x rays or anything before we can start the Invisalign and i am brought out of the treatment room back into the reception area by a woman with a clipboard where the sales woman from earlier just starts sending me links for credit financing. Looking back on it i realized i wasn't told how much my work would be before applying for the credit and i believe that is their game. Lure you with the price of the Invisalign, get the male dentist to play nice and show you renders & then try to get you to do additional work and apply for credit you probably don't need and they up the ante by sending multiple people to tell you the same thing so you feel shamed and pressured. I was approved for over 2,000 but i only got my teeth cleaned and one tooth filled because i really liked the hygienist who cleaned my teeth because i think she realized how overwhelmed i felt and made me feel comfortable without me even having to say it and how i should feel with medical professionals. And the cleaning was very pretty like my teeth looks great where i don't even think Invisalign is a priority right now.
