iDance Studios, North Vancouver

I activated my two 30-day passes, but never returned to use them as my younger brother was admitted to ICU that night and a couple weeks later, my older brother was admitted to Bone Marrow Transplant unit with a new diagnosis of Chronic Leukemia. My mom contacted i-Dance about it and they were agreeable to extending the time to actually use the passes, but nothing ever came of it. We never attended besides activating just to maintain the deal. We activated and left within 5min to return to the hospital, (Vancouver General Hospital). They kept the monies, and we did not receive any services. I know that this happened 5 yrs ago, but no services were received for the money that I paid. please help! Jane the previous owner of the iDance in North Vancouver totally ripped me off and wouldn't refund my money for the membership that I purchased but never got to use She still owes me $300!!!!! Total scam artist!!! I will never ever recommend this company!!!!

Since they moved to the new studio, they cut some of the morning bootcamp classes. I wanted to go for these classes and the convenience of the times. Now I only have 1 option per week so I will likely not purchase more passes. The class is good though.

Don't take the ballet bar class, the teAcher isn't very clear or easy to follow. The hip hop is great!
