The technician was nice and did a non-rushed,non-injured good job. I tried Nexgen nails, which are supposed to be long lasting and non-damaging to natural nails. Unfortunately, cracks were visible by day3. Although the manicure did last more than 2 weeks, it was not so gentle on my natural nails, thinning and tearing after removal, despite following instructions, exactly.

The pedicure was okay. I like how they covered the tub part with a plastic bag- but felt grossed out when they took it off at the end and let it drip on my feet. Manicure was a big disappointment. One lady filed and cleaned them while another one painted them. She missed a few spots and got annoyed when I pointed them out. Polish lasted only 2 hrs
