This was the most unprofessional experience I have had the displeasure of having. When you call the studio, it will 100% of the time go to voice mail. I emailed with some times I wanted to get in (for a color/cut). I received an email back to schedule my appointment on their online calendar. There were no 'good' time-slots - so I made sure to coordinate with my work and use my lunch hour on Friday. After calendaring, you are notified that you will have a confirmation email. I didn't get one, so I emailed asking if they got my appointment. Julie said, 'For some reason I didn't receive your appointment request so I had to dig for it but I found it and your appointment is now confirmed.' I'm not sure why she had to 'dig' for it, but okay - my appointment was set. I had an uneasy feeling still and wanted to make sure she would actually confirm the date, so I asked what day she had it on. She said I was down for Saturday at noon. I wrote back saying I actually made my appointment for that Friday, not Saturday. She said, 'oh yeah, I see that now'. Friday comes and I'm really feeling uneasy about this.....I go there just before noon and the whole salon is closed. Trust me, at this point I'm not a happy camper. I call again, and of course it goes to voice mail. I email that I was there but it was closed. Didn't get a response back for 6 hours. No apology, and she says she tried calling me at 10am because she's sick. I have NO missed calls. At this point, I am feeling like if they are unable to work a calendar (or have the common courtesy to call/email or apologize) I want them nowhere near my hair. I responded back, "sorry you were sick, I have no missed calls. I would like to get my money back. Thanks". She writes back (again no apology) and says, I understand. You can contact Groupon for the refund. Wish I could give less than one star. My time is valuable and this experience has wasted a large portion of my time. :(

My stylist did not show up. Then the owner quickly cut my hair. It was so bad I had to go somewhere else to fix it. I am new to town. Looking for a stylist. Not good advertising.

After going through the business's cumbersome scheduling process and finally crossing it's "finish line" where I got an appointment confirmation, I made plans to go to that appointment. Four hours before that time, I got a text that the stylist could not keep her schedule due to a supposed glitch in the scheduling system. After all those messages and opportunities for her to notice that the appointment time would not work for her she only "just" noticed then? Implausible. I don't like being passed aside because something comes up that she would rather do. Schedule responsibly and attentively instead of inconveniencing customers.

Honestly:/I scheduled with one lady and got another. My groupkn was to include a hair cut a deep conditioning and a glass of wine. I got none, except the basic hair cut. My appt was an hour n a half later. The hair cut took two minutes. (No sectional parting or cuts, just straight off the bottom.) And the blow dry took 15. No conditioning. No glass of wine. I felt rushed out BC I was the last cut of the day at 230. My appt was at 1. I liked the girl. But not satisfied. Will NOT go back again for a simple haircut my daughter could have given me. Litteraly would have been more happy paying seven dollars at cost cutters. If the stylist would have not been in a rush........ Maybe would have gone smoother as well as all the amenities I paid for. I still tipped her ten dollars but that was from the kindness of my heart. .

I absolutely loved this place, it was very elegant inside and the girl was sssooo sweet. She did not make me feel any different because I bought a Groupon then any regular customer. I will definitely be going back in 6 weeks.
