I have tried twice to book apt. the last attempt was via email and the email site stated that I would receive confirmation of my apt. the following day. I have not received confirmation. I would like to use my groupon soon, however I am concerned about making apt.

First of all, I DID NOT redeem the coupon. I just made an appt. Had to wait over a month for an appt as they obviously treat groupon customers differently--not many appts allocated to Groupon.
