With a menu spanning from the depths of Subcontinental India to the farthest tip of South Korea, East West Cafe of Broward offers a sampling of the flavors, spices, and delicacies of Asia’s many cuisines. Chefs pan-fry noodles before tossing them with the Malaysian noodles’ chili oil, the pad thai’s peanut and tamarind sauce, or the pho xao’s signature exotic sauce. The kitchen wizards also create curries that range in spiciness from the mild sweet potato curry to the hot red curry. For lighter options, the restaurant also pairs seasoned meats and noodles to make pasta salads served atop beds of mixed greens, and inside of savory crepes.
