Horrible experience did a terrible job on facial

Staffs were friendly but the process of overall care was with poor hygiene. Manicure area was filthy with tools used not properly disinfected. Staff was too generous with cream during facial that a lot went inside my nostrils and I kept pursing my lips so it doesn't go in my mouth. It made me wonder too if staff washed her hands from manicure to facial since I didn't notice her going anywhere for sometime. I will never go back to this salon... Even with groupon 100% coupon.

The facility is filthy and when you have your facial they put you in a room with another customer, so you are having your facial right next to a complete stranger. The extractions performed were painful and not thorough. I did not even go back for the second facial that was a part of the Groupon.
